Company History

S&T Services was originally formed in Alaska in 2003 as Tikigaq Technology Services, a division of Tikigaq Corporation, an Alaska Native owned and operated company with 8(a) & SDB certifications. Since 2009, the company has been operating under the management and ownership of the Cedar Band of Paiutes of the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah.

S&T Services’ initial focus was providing limited information technology professional services in the area of office computing and IT administrative support. In 2008, Cedar Band Enterprises and Tikigaq Corporation came to an agreement to reactivate the company and extend its offerings to a wider range of IT related services, including staffing and selling technology products. In 2009, S&T Services further expanded their base by obtaining certification with several manufacturers to become an authorized reseller of their product sets.

On November 16, 2009, the US Small Business Administration approved the ownership transfer to the Cedar Band of Paiutes. The new ownership, reseller agreements, and extended services has allowed S&T Services to start on a new path of growth, generating over $10 million in revenue.

S&T Services’ corporate headquarters is located in Cedar City, Utah. In 2009, the company extended its licensing to Virginia, proximate to the nation’s capitol region to expand on its marketing, and opened an operating office in Silver Spring, MD, for customer support.
